Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

GranDEM provides software licenses for engineering, research and industrial simulation. Please review your purchase carefully before completing payment.

2. Software License Purchases

Since GranDEM is delivered digitally, all license purchases are considered electronic software products.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment for the same order.
• Payment processed successfully but license was not issued due to a technical problem.
• Incorrect amount charged because of a system error.
• Other exceptional situations approved by GranDEM management.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• License has already been activated.
• Software has been downloaded and used.
• Purchase made by mistake after successful payment.
• Customer no longer requires the software.
• Hardware or operating system incompatibility not listed by GranDEM.
• Failure to read system requirements before purchase.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before the software license is generated or activated. Once a license key has been issued, the order cannot normally be cancelled.

6. Subscription Plans

If GranDEM introduces subscription licensing, customers may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for the current subscription period.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days. The actual credit may depend on your bank or payment provider.

8. Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway fees, bank charges or taxes, where applicable, may not be refundable.

9. License Deactivation

If a refund is approved, GranDEM reserves the right to revoke, disable or deactivate the associated software license immediately.
