End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before installing or using GranDEM.

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and GranDEM for the installation, use and operation of GranDEM software. By installing or using the software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

GranDEM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software according to the purchased license plan.

3. License Types

  • Academic License
  • Professional License
  • Enterprise License
  • Evaluation / Trial License

Each license provides different usage rights and feature availability.

4. License Activation

The software requires license activation using a valid License Key and Activation Key. Each license may be linked to one or more authorized machines depending on the purchased plan.

5. Online Verification

GranDEM may periodically perform online license verification to validate license authenticity and prevent unauthorized usage. Failure to verify the license may result in restricted software functionality.

6. Permitted Use

  • Engineering simulations
  • Academic research
  • Industrial process analysis
  • Educational purposes

7. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Reverse engineer the software.
  • Modify executable files.
  • Distribute license keys.
  • Share activation credentials.
  • Rent or sublicense the software.
  • Copy or redistribute the software without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

GranDEM, its source code, algorithms, documentation, logos, graphics, user interface, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of GranDEM. No ownership rights are transferred through this license.

9. Software Updates

GranDEM may periodically release:

  • Bug Fixes
  • Security Updates
  • Feature Updates
  • Major Releases

Availability depends on the purchased license.

10. Support

Technical support is available according to your purchased license plan. Support services may include:

  • Email Support
  • Documentation
  • Knowledge Base
  • Software Updates

11. Termination

GranDEM reserves the right to terminate this license if:

  • License terms are violated.
  • Unauthorized copies are detected.
  • Fraudulent activities are identified.
  • License fees remain unpaid.

Upon termination, the software license becomes invalid and must no longer be used.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

GranDEM is provided "AS IS" without any warranty, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

GranDEM shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of profits
  • Indirect or consequential damages

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
